About Elements and Third Party Discount Venders such as Groupon and Living Social: How they work, why we do them and how you can STILL SAVE!

Elements occasionally offers discounts and specials to help bring new clients into the spa. While these deals are only valid for new clients, you can benefit from the same great savings. Here is a little information about third party discount programs.

Companies such as Groupon were designed to give consumers the opportunity to try out new businesses and services at drastically reduced prices. Small businesses use Groupon to get exposure and attract a large group of people they might not have been able to reach on their own to help build repeat business. It is a potential win-win for both parties – the new clients get a great deal, and the business gets an opportunity to grow their clientele.

The reason these deals are only offered to new clients is because of the drastic discount. Not only are we offering services for at least half off, the third party vender is also taking half of the remaining balance, leaving very little, if any, profit to our spa. With the limited proceeds, we must cover the therapist’s wages, products and materials, which in some cases leaves no profit for our business.

You may ask why on earth we would do such a thing. Well, this type of marketing guarantees new customers will come into our business, and as far as marketing goes, it is more affordable and effective than any other marketing program.

We are happy to extend the same deal/savings we run with third party venders to you, as long as you book directly through us. If you see a deal online, simply call us during the promotional period and BOOK YOUR TREATMENTS DIRECTLY WITH US. The terms of the online promotion will remain the same. But remember, you must purchase directly from us, we can not accept the third party vouchers from our existing clients.
