Dear friends and clients,

It is with great sadness that we have had to close Elements On the Plaza. The COVID pandemic and the forced closures for most of 2020 resulted in significant losses. During that time, we continued to incur expenses with no income to offset them. By December, the spa was tens of thousands of dollars in the red. This kind of loss just couldn’t be sustained or overcome thus forcing the spa to close.

We understand some of you may still have unused gift cards. According to spa policy and the terms of purchase, gift cards are not refundable (please see the back of your card or the bottom of your certificate). We truly regret that we won’t have an opportunity to provide you with the services for which they were intended.

We appreciate your past patronage and support and will miss all of you.
